As a rule, it is an expensive affair to use a translation agency. At Diction, however, we break the industry norms with our low-cost translation. Our low prices have been made possible by keeping our expenses down and assembling a group of the most skilled translators, who are ready to assist you.
All our translators translate into their native language, after which it is possible to have your text reviewed by a proofreader. It may be relevant to engage a proofreader to check the text an extra time. We do not return the text until we are absolutely certain that it is in order.
Delivery time
We are a translation agency that is incredibly flexible when it comes to delivery times - regardless of whether it is a large or small text. The delivery time mainly depends on the size of the text, but generally a period of five working days is enough. However, we often finish the text ahead of time. For larger assignments (over 50 pages), it may take longer to work through the text. That said, we also offer the "rush orders" service, where we put everything aside and start your assignment immediately. Read more under the "Rush Orders" tab.
Minimum price
No tasks are too small for us. For all tasks, we have a minimum price of 490 DKK. If you have very little text, you can advantageously collect your tasks at once. We want to be able to get as good an understanding of a text as possible, and therefore we allocate a certain amount of time - even if the task is not particularly large.
Confidentiality
Many of the texts we work with are texts that have not yet been published or put into use. Therefore, it is of great importance to several of our clients that the texts remain confidential. Therefore, we have taken all necessary security measures to be able to achieve complete confidentiality of your texts, whether you need translation or proofreading.
In short, at Diction we strictly adhere to the ethical rules of our industry. All our translators are bound by a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. In this way, we always handle your translations confidentially, and you can therefore safely entrust your text to us.

In order to be able to tailor your text as best as possible to your target group, it is crucial that we have translators with experience in your particular industry. Therefore, Diction has the advantage of a wide network of translators, so that we can give you the most precise translation every time.
Quality check
It is absolutely crucial for us that the translated text is reviewed and checked for errors, omissions and linguistic problems, so that it achieves the highest possible quality. After the translation has been carefully read and we have ensured that the best possible solution has been achieved, we return the text to you so that it is ready to be put into use.
To ensure the quality of the translation, our quality assurance procedure is an inviolable requirement, which is also followed when recruiting translators. This quality assurance consists of ensuring that all our translators must meet a number of strict criteria. In order to be associated as a translator, it is a requirement that one holds at least a master's degree from a university or an equivalent academic education. In this connection, all translators perform a test translation during recruitment, which is evaluated by subject matter experts. Our translators must also be registered as self-employed in the country they work from, and they may only translate into their native language.
