Diction offers proofreading of your texts to ensure they are completely error-free. If you have a text that needs a fresh pair of eyes from a proofreader, we are available within the above languages. Our proofreader who reviews your text has the target language as their native language. A flawless text always conveys the best message. Therefore, it is always a good idea to double-check your text, regardless of who the recipient is.
Our prices for proofreading
At Diction, we have a fixed price for proofreading texts, regardless of whether it is an article or a specialized technical text. Unlike many other agencies, Diction goes against the norm by keeping the price simple and transparent. We aim to provide the best service to all our customers, whether they are students or a larger corporation. Common to all our proofreading services is that we always correct spelling errors, typos, incorrect punctuation, grammatical errors, missing or double spaces, and the like.
Types of proofreading
At Diction, we offer different types of proofreading. First and foremost, there is the basic proofreading, where the focus is on correcting grammatical errors, incorrect comma usage, or spelling mistakes. In addition, we also offer rewriting, where we change the language and sentence structure and consider the text's target audience. As a rule, texts of poorer quality are the ones that need rewriting to make the text as effective as possible.
Our corrections
When we receive your texts and proofread them, you will receive the text back in two versions: one version with comments, and one version that is the finalized text, ready to be used immediately. If you want to avoid texts with either linguistic or grammatical errors, we therefore recommend that you have your text proofread.
What texts can we proofread?
At Diction, we have experience proofreading texts such as: sales texts, brochure texts, manuscripts, advertisements, press releases, correspondence, newsletters, contracts, news articles, academic texts, and more. Regardless of the text you have, we always find the proofreader who has the most experience in your specific field. This way, we ensure the best coherence in your text.
Minimum price
No tasks are too small for us. For all tasks, we have a minimum price of 490.00 DKK. If you have very little text, you can benefit from collecting your tasks at once. We want to be able to familiarize ourselves as much as possible with your text before it is proofread. Therefore, we allocate a certain amount of time - even if the task is not particularly large.
What we correct in a proofreading
In proofreading a text, we not only correct traditional errors such as typos, spelling mistakes, and grammatical errors. If we find it most appropriate to change the sentence structure, we do so. Often, unnecessary sentences can obscure the original message. Therefore, we would rather spend a little extra time tightening up the text to make the message as convincing as possible. As a rule, we proofread all texts. If the text is within a field that we have not dealt with before, we will naturally inform you in advance.
Delivery time
We are incredibly flexible when it comes to delivery times, regardless of whether you have a large or small text. The delivery time depends, of course, on the size of the text, but generally, five business days is the optimal amount of time to work on the text. However, we often finish the text earlier than this. For larger tasks (over 50 pages), it may require more time to work on the text, but we also offer rush jobs, where we drop everything we have in our hands and get your task started immediately.
